Vantharith is an entrepreneurship ecosystem practitioner and mentor with distinguished experience guiding founders and early-stage ventures in Cambodia. He has worked at the intersection of innovation hubs, development organizations, and impact-driven enterprises to design and implement programmes that empower entrepreneurs and the communities they serve with clarity, access, and confidence.
He currently serves as a Lean Business Coach at Founders Connect KH, where he mentors founders to refine business models, validate assumptions, and design practical pathways to market. Over the years, Vantharith has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs through mentoring, advisory roles, and programme leadership, most notably as Senior Startup Development Specialist at Techo Startup Center (TSC), where he worked closely with startups on business development, ecosystem programmes, and founder readiness.
Previously, Vantharith contributed to pioneering initiatives in innovation and social enterprise, serving as ICT4D Advisor under a USAID-funded Development Innovations project and as General Manager at WaterSHED Ventures, a groundbreaking WASH social enterprise in Cambodia.
