Currently, Stella serves as the Lodge Supervisor and Receptionist at Balo Lodge in Lunzu, where she is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing guest reservations, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. In addition, she supervises staff, implements marketing strategies, and supports all aspects of lodge operations to ensure smooth and efficient services.
Stella’s professional journey includes a role as a Sales Agent at Vanguard Life Assurance Company, where she specialized in direct sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets. She also gained significant experience as a Bank Teller at First Capital Bank Plc., where she handled cash management, customer service, and product sales while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the bank’s services.
