
Kondwani is an economist, entrepreneur, youth advocate, and motivator, driven by a passion for fostering positive change in communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Diploma in Gender and Development from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). Kondwani has a deep understanding of the intersection between agriculture, economic development, and gender equality.
He is currently the Project Advisor for CARE International in Malawi, offering strategic guidance and overseeing impactful projects aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable populations. Prior to these roles, Kondwani served as a Project Officer for CARE International, gaining hands-on experience in the field and honing his skills in project management and community engagement.
His professional expertise include community mobilization, agricultural development, food security, nutrition, environmental management, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs. He has a proven track record in economic empowerment initiatives, youth development, livelihood enhancement, and conducting rigorous research and data analysis. His ability to coordinate and manage complex projects has earned him recognition as a trusted leader and collaborator.
