Ken is an associate professor of economics and political science at Hawaii Pacific University. He has travelled extensively as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Society for Individual Liberty. Schoolland was the Director of the Masters of Science in Japanese Business Studies program at Chaminade University in Honolulu and taught at Hakodate University in Japan.
