Our Founders

United by Vision. Driven by Purpose. Guilded by Principle

At the heart of MILE stands a visionary founding team leading a continent-wide movement to transform Africa through youth empowerment, governance reform, and economic freedom. Combining deep local insight with a global perspective, they are building a leadership institute that transcends traditional education, inspiring young Africans to become ethical leaders, bold entrepreneurs, and courageous catalytic agents of positive change.

United by the belief that principled leadership can redefine the destiny of nations, the founders are turning bold ideas into measurable and lasting institutional change.
